Challenger recently refreshed our logo and other brand elements. Our CEO, Andee Harris’ statement on this new visual identity is below.
For a decade, we’ve been the global leader in training and consulting to help our sales and service clients win the moments that matter. And with a pedigree like this — the best-selling books The Challenger Sale, The Effortless Experience, and The Challenger Customer — it would be tempting to rest on our laurels. But we haven’t.
From the beginning, we’ve been committed to growing and evolving, putting our customers at the center of everything we do.
All along, we’ve stayed true to our values: Authentic Collaboration, Bold Thinking, Lifelong Learning, and Uncompromised Quality. This fearless commitment to our values and clients has led us to a brand refresh that more accurately reflects who we are, what our customers need, and where we plan to go.
With this in mind, we recently refreshed our Challenger logo! Our evolved visual identity is a confident, modern take that reflects our incredible growth and agility. And the timing of this rebrand is opportune; we’ve got incredibly exciting announcements coming soon!
We’ll be rolling out this new identity over the new few weeks – so you might still run into our old vintage logo “in the wild”. We hope you’ll react as we do – with fondness for what got us here, anticipation for what’s to come and, ultimately, a large amount of “Wow! This new logo really is so appealing!”.
Please feel free to drop us a line and share your thoughts on our new look!
I’m so immensely proud of all the work done by so many to create one of the most successful sales and service approaches in the world. Thank you for being a part of our story, and I am so excited to be on this journey with you.
